Hays Travel Ltd trading as Travel Angels are members of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Contact. Many of the travel
arrangements that we sell are protected in case of the financial failure of the travel company. Please ask us about the protection that applies to your booking.

As members of the Hays Travel Independence Group, the UK’s largest independent travel agency, via them, members of ABTA .Your contract will be filed by Hays Travel
Ltd and concluded in English and governed by English Law and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

All of the package air holidays and flights shown on this site are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. We act as agents for licensed package tour operators the
individual ATOL numbers can be provided on request and will show on all confirmation documents . As travel and booking agents we act only as agents for the principals
who provide the relevant services and with whom your contract will be made. We shall not be liable for any act or default on the part of such a principal or it’s agents or
servants.

Your particular arrangements may be a package holiday, in which case you will have one contract with the principal, or we can book the individual items that make up
your holiday with different principals or suppliers, in which case you will have separate contracts with each of them, for example, an airline, tour operator, cruise line,
accommodation agency. All of the suppliers will be as shown on your receipts.

When your booking includes a number of different suppliers or a 'low cost/no frills airline' we will automatically insure you against the financial failure of the suppliers of the
different elements of your travel arrangements. The cost of this supplier failure insurance (SFC) is free and is taken out on your behalf to provide cover where you would
not otherwise be protected when you buy a no-frills flight. Should you require further details do contact us.

A contract will exist as soon as the booking is confirmed on our computer system.

As agents we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the principals or suppliers or for the services provided by them.

Each principal or supplier will have their own Terms & Conditions which will apply to your booking and we advise you to read these carefully as they do contain important
information about your booking. We will be pleased to provide copies of these for you.

2. Booking Details

When you make a booking it is your responsibility to guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept the terms and conditions for yourself and your party.

Do please check that you have entered all details correctly. Once you have confirmed these details the booking will be confirmed with the suppliers. On receipt of all
documents do please check that all names, dates and timings are correct and advise us of any errors immediately. Any changes to these details will incur charges, which
may be up to 100% of the total booking value as well as charges included in the service charges schedule.

Please ensure that the names given are the same as in the relevant passport.

At the time of booking it is your responsibility to advise us of any special mobility requirements for flights, transfers or hotels. While we will make every effort to have these
provided for you please note however, these cannot be guaranteed.

3. Passports, Visas and Health Certificates.

It is your responsibility to ensure that names given are the same as those on the individual passports. We would especially ask you to check the use of middle names as
first names with all members of your party. Any changes will incur charges as outlined.

Do please note that most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

For all air travel within the British Isles, airlines require photographic identification of a specific type and generally we advise the use of a passport. Do please ask us for
full details.

While we are delighted to provide general information about the passport, visa and health requirements for your trip your specific personal requirements and that of others
in your party are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies. We can not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you
have not complied with any passport, visa, immigration or health requirements.

We can provide general information about any health formalities required for your trip but you should check with your own doctor for your specific circumstances.

Further information is available at www.nathnac.org

Passengers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary visa(s) and health certificates. In case of passengers being refused entry by any immigration or
other authority all repatriation costs are to be borne by the passenger.

being made at the airport by the airline. We will not be held responsible should you fail to provide us with the passport information prior to your holiday.

It is very important you carry the correct documentation with you such as your passport. We cannot be held responsible for any problems at the check-in if these
documents are not acceptable.

4. Confidentiality.

We take data protection issues and your personal confidentiality very seriously and seek at all times to both comply with the law and best practice.

The booking information that you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary for the provision
of your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law.
This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary and other requirements. Certain information may also be passed
on to security or credit checking companies. If you are travelling to the United States, the US Customs and Border Protection will receive this information for the purposes
of preventing and combating terrorism and other transnational serious crimes. If you travel outside the EU, controls on data protection may not be as stringent as those
in this country. It will not be possible to make your booking without passing on the required information to suppliers whether in the EU or not. In making this booking, you
consent to this information being passed the relevant bodies.

5. Payment

At the time of booking you will be required to pay a deposit or pay in full depending on the departure date. Final payment must be paid when notified usually, but not
always, 16 weeks before departure. If full payment is not received we reserve the right to cancel your booking and make the cancellation charges as outlined.

We do not make any charges for payments by debit card.

Payments by credit card are subject to a 2% handling fee.

6. Insurance.

It is a booking condition of all tour operators and suppliers that you have adequate travel insurance. Should you decline to take insurance from us you may be asked to

sign an indemnity form or provide details of alternative cover.

If you do not take insurance at the time of booking you may be at risk in the event that you have to cancel your arrangements.

Should you have questions relating to insurance do please contact us or make other arrangements at the earliest possible opportunity.

7. The Paper Work & Tickets.

Where possible we will email documents and etickets to you.

Where this is not appropriate they will be posted first class. If you would prefer to receive them by special delivery / recorded delivery that can be arranged for the
appropriate fee, however it is your responsibility to be available at the address to receive them. No responsibility can be taken if no one is available to receive them.

8. Before you go….

Do check that all of your tickets, vouchers, insurance, passport and visa are in order; you may also need some foreign currency which is available at great rates in our
branches and allow plenty of time for checking in at the airport especially in peak seasons. On some schedule airlines it may be necessary to reconfirm your flight with
the airline prior to departure. Please ask us for details at least 72 hours before your departure. Remember to note reference numbers and the contact names when you
reconfirm. If you fail to reconfirm you may be refused permission to board the aircraft and you are unlikely to receive any refund. For further Government travel advice,
please visit this website: http://www.fco.gov.uk/knowbeforeyougo

9. Changes and Cancellations.

We understand that from time to time things change and we will be pleased to make those changes for you. Cancellations or changes must be made in writing by the lead
passenger in the booking. Suppliers may make charges in line with their terms and conditions and our charges will be as scheduled.

principals or suppliers, any queries or concerns relating to the travel arrangements should be addressed to them.

If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the principal/supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately. If you do not do this there be no
opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint at the time nor will there be a record of your complaint in the resort. If making a complaint do keep a record of who
and when you complained and if available ask for a complaint form from the local agent/ representative. If you do not follow this procedure suppliers will have difficulty
verifying your complaint and the amount of compensation you might have received may be reduced. We will of course assist you with this if you wish. If the matter cannot
be resolved and it involves us or another ABTA Member then it can be referred to the arbitration scheme arranged by ABTA, see www.abta.com.
